Get access to the Reseller Portal

To access the Knox Deployment Program and the Reseller Portal, you must first apply to become a Knox partner with either a new or existing Samsung account. After your application is approved, you can register your enterprise customers’ devices to a Knox server on their behalf.
To apply for the Knox Partner Program, you must be a registered business entity with a valid Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S number.
The approval processes for the Knox Partner Program and the Knox Deployment Program are separate. To gain access to the Reseller Portal, you must be approved for both the Knox Partner Program and the Knox Deployment Program.
Become a Knox partner
See Sign up for a partner account. (If you’ve already signed up as a Knox partner, and just want to register for the Reseller Portal, skip to Apply for the Knox Deployment Program as an existing Knox partner.)
For the Partner type, select Samsung Device Reseller (KDP).
Provide the company information used with the Knox partner account. Some fields are automatically filled based on the information retrieved from your D-U-N-S identity.
The fields may differ depending on your current region.
Access the Knox Partner Portal
Once your Knox partner account application is approved by the Knox team, you’ll be notified by email that your account application has been approved. You can now sign in to your Knox partner account on the Knox Partner Portal.
Apply for the Knox Deployment Program as an existing Knox partner
Perform the following steps only if you are an existing Knox partner and want to gain access to the Reseller Portal. If you applied for the Knox Deployment Program during Knox Partner Program enrollment by setting your Partner type to Samsung Device Reseller (KDP), you can skip this section.
Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal with your Knox partner account.
Click Knox Reseller Portal in the navigation pane.
If you read and agree to the Knox Deployment Program Participation Agreement, click APPLY to submit your application. You’ll be notified by email when your Knox Deployment Program account application has been approved.
View your Knox Deployment Program application status
Once your Knox partner account is approved, you can view the status of your Knox Deployment Program application after signing in to your Knox partner account. The Knox Reseller Portal button in the navigation pane displays your application status.
- If your application is in progress, the status is Pending.
- If your application was declined, the status is Rejected.
Launch the Reseller Portal
Once your Knox Deployment Program account application is also approved, you will receive a second confirmation email, containing your new Knox Reseller ID. Click the Sign in link in the email to launch the Reseller Portal.
Alternatively, you can launch the Reseller Portal by clicking Knox Reseller Portal in the navigation pane.
