Easy agent setup on kiosks

Starting with Knox Remote Support 24.04, device users can now easily install and update the Knox Remote Support agent on kiosks controlled by Knox Manage. The new Service Desk screen in the Knox Manage agent lets the device user install or update the Knox Remote Support agent, so you don’t have to wait for the Play Store to update it or share a download link with the device user. The screen can be accessed from the About Kiosk menu on the kiosk.

Through the Knox Manage agent, device users can install, update, and run the Knox Remote Support agent. Users can go to About Kiosk > Service Desk to access these actions.
