Submit a claim

You can submit your claim through either of the following ways:

  • Self drop-off – Visit a Samsung Authorized service center and submit your device for repairs. There are 3 service centres in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam which accept self drop-off or devices that are sent over cargo (pick-up) companies.
  • Pick-up – Schedule device pick-up for repair through Samsung call center 800 247 4357 (24/7).

Repair time

Self drop-off – Our service center will inform you of the estimated repair time after the device is submitted at the Authorized service center. Usually, repairs of dropped-off devices are completed within three to four days if the parts available and up to 14 days otherwise. A loaner device can be offered upon request.

Pick-up – Pickup will be done within one working day once the request is raised to Samsung. Device will be delivered back depending on shipping time and parts availability. The average repair times are 5-14 days.

You can view the following status on the portal:

  1. Confirmation of the claim request submitted.
  2. Information on when the repaired device can be picked up from the designated service centre.

You will also get an SMS when the repair is completed.
