Upload devices in bulk

Previously, devices were uploaded to Samsung Care+ for Business only through a reseller. With this release, you can also directly upload up to 10,000 devices to your console using a CSV file. The devices you upload are approved automatically.

Delete devices in bulk

Previously, you had to manually select devices to delete them on the Devices page of the Samsung Care+ for Business console. You can now delete up to 10,000 devices using a CSV file.

Devices that are assigned a license and are in the Active pending or Active state can’t be deleted.

Delete devices across all Knox cloud services

You can now use the Knox Admin Portal’s Devices page to easily delete devices across all Knox cloud services, including Samsung Care+ for Business, without navigating to the respective service consoles. This also includes Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, Knox Asset Intelligence, Knox Configure, and Knox Remote Service.

You can manually select and delete up to 100 devices, or use a CSV to delete up to 10,000 devices in bulk. Managed services providers (MSPs) can delete devices only from the services they manage. Status of deleted devices is updated as Full Delete, Partial Delete, or Failed Delete. For more information, see View and manage devices.
