Enterprise Edition device information update

When you upload Enterprise Edition devices to a customer using Knox Reseller Portal, the system checks whether the devices are Enterprise Edition and adds a tag to the device information. If the system doesn’t mark the devices as Enterprise Edition, you can update this information manually. To do this:

  1. On the Knox Reseller Portal navigation pane, go to Customers page and select a customer.
  2. In the Uploads tab, select an upload.
  3. Click Actions, then select Update device information.

The device information is updated for Enterprise Edition devices, however no visible change is reflected in the Customers page itself.
