Manage your account

By joining the Knox Partner Program, you can download SDKs, generate licenses, access sample apps, and get dev tools.

If you had an account with our Samsung Enterprise Alliance Program (SEAP), you simply migrate it to the new Knox Partner Program. Knox Partner Program now allows a company with multiple users, user management, and shared access to support tickets. Because of this, you need to provide additional company info.

Sign in to the program

  1. Go to the Knox Partner Portal.

  2. In the upper right corner, click Sign In.

  3. Log in to your Samsung account and click Sign In.

  4. Complete your profile. Make any needed changes to your name and email address, and add a phone number if there isn’t one on record. Click Next.

  5. Provide company details and click Next.

  6. Review and accept the Knox Partner Program agreements if you agree to them. Click Submit.

When you receive the confirmation email from the Knox Partner Program team, you can sign in to Knox Partner Program.

Update the company profile

  1. Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal.
  2. On your personal dashboard, click Partner Profile.
  3. Update the info as needed.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Manage users

  1. Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal.
  2. On your personal dashboard, click User Management.
  3. To add more members, click Invite a New User.

Create a ticket

  1. Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal.
  2. On your dashboard, in the left pane, click Support.
  3. Fill out the required details.
  4. Submit.
