Knox Device Management Service 24.06 release notes

Knox Device Management Service release

With 24.06, Knox Device Management Service is now available. This service provides you with centralized device management across Knox cloud services, which allows you to manage your entire fleet of devices from a single point, simplifying your device management process.

Currently, Knox Device Management Service only supports Knox Asset Intelligence.

Upload devices

With Knox Device Management Service, you can asynchronously upload devices to specified Knox cloud services through a single endpoint. For more information, see the POST /devices/upload operation on the API reference.

You can also use Knox Webhook Notification to automatically receive change notifications once the asynchronous operation is complete. See how to get notifications for Knox Device Management Service with Knox Webhook Notification.

Delete devices

With Knox Device Management Service, you can asynchronously delete devices from specified Knox cloud services through a single endpoint. For more information, see the POST /devices/delete operation on the API reference.

Get devices

With Knox Device Management Service, you can retrieve a list of devices based on specified search filters.

The device list provides the following device information:

  • Device ID
  • Customer ID of this device owner
  • Primary and secondary IMEI
  • Device serial number
  • Device MEID
  • Device model name
