Wear OS support for device command APIs

The following device command APIs now support Wear OS:

• Update Profile (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForUpdateProfile)
• Reboot Device (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForRebootDevice)
• Lock Device (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForLockDevice)
• Unlock Device (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForUnLockDevice)
• Unenroll Device (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForUnEnrollment)
• Reset Password (/mdm/commonOTCServiceWrapper/sendDeviceControlForResetPassword)
