Sign in as a Knox developer

Once you have signed up for a partner account, you can access the Knox Developer Portal as a partner. You can use your developer account to register Cloud Apps, download SDKs, generate licenses, and much more.

Sign in to your developer account

1. Go to Knox Partner Program.

2. In the upper right corner, click Sign In.

3. Enter your Samsung account or Samsung account for Business credentials, or your identity provider’s (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity) credentials, then click the corresponding SIGN IN button. Your partner portal dashboard opens.

4. Click Knox Developers. Your developer portal dashboard opens.

Next steps

Depending on your use case, proceed to perform any of the following actions:

• Register a Cloud App from WEB INTEGRATIONS > Cloud Apps.
• Manage device app licenses from KNOX SDKS > License Keys > My License Keys.
• Associate packages with license keys from KNOX SDKS > License Keys > My packages.
• Download SDKs from SDK Tools > SDK Downloads. Refer to download and installation steps for Knox SDK, Knox POS SDK, Knox Capture SDK, and Knox Tizen SDK.
• Download sample apps for devices from SDK Tools > Sample Apps. The DOCUMENTATION column in the UI includes relevant links.
• Click Support to create a Support ticket for the Knox developer portal, provide feedback, or look up relevant information.

Additionally, you can:

• Click the bell icon to view account notifications.
• Click My account from the profile icon dropdown to update your information for Samsung account or Samsung account for Business.
• Click Knox Partner Program to return to the partner portal.
