Submit a support ticket
Submit a support ticket if you have any MSP-related questions or encounter any issues.
You can submit a support ticket from the Knox MSP Portal or the Knox Partner Portal.
Submit a ticket from the Knox MSP Portal
Click in the top right corner of the portal, then under Customer support, click Submit/View support tickets.
Submit a ticket from the Knox Partner Portal
- Sign in to the Knox Partner Portal.
- Go to Support.
- Click Submit/View my support tickets.
What to provide
To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, be prepared to collect the following information:
From the Knox MSP Portal:
- MSP ID — From your MSP dashboard, click your account icon.
From various settings on your device:
- About phone
- Android version
- Build number
- Kernel version
- SIM card status
- Mobile network state
- Signal strength
- Wi-Fi
- Status
- Signal strength
From your device log:
View your support tickets
You can view your support tickets on the Knox Partner Portal as well as in the Open support tickets panel on the Dashboard. See Use the dashboard for details.
