Sign up for new Knox Deployment Program accounts using Samsung account for Business
Previously, personal Samsung accounts were used to sign up for the Knox Partner Program to apply for the Knox Deployment Program. Now, when you sign up for a new Knox Partner Program account on partner.samsungknox.com, the workflow guides you to use Samsung account for Business, an identity and access management (IAM) platform designed for enterprises. To learn more about this process, see Sign up for a partner account.
If you already have a Knox Partner Program account linked to a personal Samsung account, there is no change to your sign-in flow. Any admins you invite are guided to the existing activation workflow.
New admin information options for admins with Samsung account for Business
When you sign in with Samsung account for Business, you’ll now see the following additional columns, fields, and links:
-
On a specific customer’s page, you can now view the ACCOUNT ID column. To learn more, see Manage customers.
-
On the Administrators & Roles page, you can view the ACCOUNT ID, ACCOUNT STATUS, WORK EMAIL, and RP STATUS columns. Additionally, a link to the Samsung account for Business portal now also displays at the top of the page. To learn more, see Manage admins and roles.
-
On the Invite administrator page, you can now specify an admin’s Middle name, Work email, and account ID details. These fields can now also be edited on the Edit administrator page. To learn more, see Manage admins and roles.

Updates
Notification for failed device uploads
Starting in 25.11, if all devices fail to upload in a single attempt, an UPLOAD ID and error report will no longer be generated for the failure. Instead, the following notification is displayed:
All requested IMEI(s)/Serial number(s) are invalid or failed to validate.
Previously, such failed upload attempts could be located in the UPLOADS tab on the specific customer’s page. Now, you can access the failed attempt details in the Activity log, where the event STATUS field displays ERROR. To learn more, see Upload devices.
Reuploading existing devices
Starting in 25.11, you no longer need to re-upload an existing device to add it to additional Knox services on behalf of your customers. If an existing device is uploaded alongside new devices, the new devices will upload successfully without errors, but the existing devices will fail to re-upload, resulting in a partially successful upload.
