Enterprise Edition device information update
When you upload Enterprise Edition devices to a customer using Knox Reseller Portal, the system checks whether the devices are Enterprise Edition and adds a tag to the device information. If the system doesn’t mark the devices as Enterprise Edition, you can update this information manually. To do this:
- On the Knox Reseller Portal navigation pane, go to Customers page and select a customer.
- In the Uploads tab, select an upload.
- Click Actions, then select Update device information.
The device information is updated for Enterprise Edition devices, however no visible change is reflected in the Customers page itself.
