Modification of RP/KDP to support direct uploading to MSP ID by Reseller

Resellers can now add an MSP ID instead of a customer ID and devices can be uploaded to these MSP IDs without producing an error. Resellers can also upload to a MSP that does not have any fully managed customers.

Customer profile update for bulk query request in KC SA portal

Two columns have been added for the customer’s name and ID to the bulk query feature in the Knox Configure Samsung Admin portal. This feature allows a device to be mapped to a specific customer in the case that the device is not enrolled in Knox Mobile Enrollment or Knox Configure.

Support multi-tenant device upload for KG’s direct upload

Devices uploaded by Knox Guard’s direct upload feature can register in KG’s tenants, even if the devices have been previously registered to any other Knox cloud service tenants.

Devices uploaded through the reseller portal can also register for Knox cloud service even if the devices have been previously registered in KG through the direct upload feature.
