Unable to turn on Bluetooth tethering

Environment

• Knox SDK
• Devices running One UI 6.0 or One UI 6.1

Overview

You may encounter an issue while attempting to modify the parameter of the setBluetoothTethering() API method from false to true, resulting in the Bluetooth tethering feature to remain unavailable on the device.

Resolution

An issue was discovered in One UI versions 6.0 and 6.1, preventing the policy from being implemented successfully when the parameter of the setBluetoothTethering() API method is set to true.

The issue is resolved in One UI 6.1.1.

To resolve this issue, please update your devices to run One UI 6.1.1 or higher.

If an update isn’t possible, please reboot your device.
