Scan engine improvements

The scan engine has been improved to provide better performance and reliability:

• Improved overall scanning range and speed for more efficient recognition of tiny or long barcodes.
• Enhanced recognition of damaged barcodes for better scanning performance when barcodes are partially damaged or degraded.
