Overview

With Knox Manage, you can collect logs from wearable devices in Pair and Detach mode.

How to collect bug report for wearable devices in Pair and Detach mode

To collect logs from wearable devices in Pair and Detach mode:

1. In the Knox Manage console, click Device.

2. Select your device, then click Device Command.

3. Under Knox Manage, click Collect Bug Report.

4. Click OK to push the command to your device.

   On your device, a notification will appear:

   Taking bug report…

   This may take a few minutes to process and upon completion, users will encounter a prompt screen to share the bug report.

5. On your device, upon collection of the bug report, tap Share on the prompt screen.

The shared bug report is now available in the Knox Manage console for download. To download the report:

1. In the Knox Manage console, click History > Device Log.
2. Under the Device, select your device to collect the logs from.
3. Under Log File, click the download button on the most recent bug report based on the Last Updated time.
