Faq 502 black screen when km remote support launched

A black screen appears when Knox Remote Support Web Viewer is launched
To resolve this issue, please perform the steps from this knowledge base article and check the minimum requirements .
Also, note that the following policies should be set to Allow on the KM console :
- Android Enterprise > System > Screen Capture policy. And Knox > System > Screen Capture policy, for Android Enterprise Fully Managed, Fully Managed with Work Profile, and Work Profile types.
- Samsung Knox > System > Remote Control policy, for Android Enterprise Work Profile type.
- Knox Workspace > System > Allow Remote Control policy, for Knox Workspace.
