A black screen appears when Knox Remote Support Web Viewer is launched
To resolve this issue, please perform the steps from this knowledge base article and check the minimum requirements .
The Knox Remote Support viewer displays a black screen if the Screen Capture policy is set to Disallow. You can either leave the screen capture policy unconfigured, or set it to Allow.
Also, note that the following policies should be set to Allow on the KM console :
- Samsung Knox > System > Remote Control policy, for Android Enterprise Work Profile type.
- Knox Workspace > System > Allow Remote Control policy, for Knox Workspace.
