Change the email address for your Samsung Knox account

Overview

There might be situations where you need to change the email address associated with your Samsung Knox account.

Changing the email address through the Samsung account on Samsung.com can lock you out of your Samsung Knox account. If this has happened to you, refer to Unable to sign in to SamsungKnox.com after changes made to Samsung Account.

The new email address must not be registered with an existing Samsung account or a recovery email.

How to change the email address for your Samsung Knox account

To change your email address:

1. Create a new Samsung account with the email address.
2. Request the super admin of your tenant to send an invite to the new email address.
3. Once you receive the email with the invitation, click Sign-up to begin the registration process and sign up for a Samsung Knox account with the new email address.

If the super admin needs to change the email address of their account, they must submit a support ticket with the following information:

• Customer ID
• Email address of the current super admin
• Email address of the new super admin
