Overview

There might be situations where you need to change the email address associated with your Samsung Knox account.

Changing the email address through the Samsung account on Samsung.com can lock you out of your Samsung Knox account. If this has happened to you, refer to Unable to sign in to SamsungKnox.com after changes made to Samsung Account.

The new email address must not be registered with an existing Samsung account or a recovery email.

How to change the email address for your Samsung Knox account

To change your email address, the super admin of your tenant must send an invite to it. Once you receive the invitation:

1. In the invitation email, click Sign-up to begin the registration process.
2. Sign up for a Samsung Knox account with the updated email address.
