About the Samsung Business Academy

The Samsung Business Academy is an online learning resource designed to help users become proficient in using Samsung Mobile B2B products and solutions. Learners can access the Samsung Business Academy from anywhere, on any device, and can enroll in as many courses as they wish. Learners can work toward becoming certified Knox Associates and Knox Professionals, or just expand on existing knowledge by browsing any of the dozens of courses offered.

All new and existing Knox Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Samsung-approved resellers who join the Knox Partner Program also benefit from exclusive training and certification programs offered on the Samsung Business Academy.

The training modules cover all aspects of the Samsung Knox portfolio to ensure all your employees can receive the right training they need in order to understand the full benefits of the Samsung Knox solutions and services so they can best position, sell, and deliver Samsung Knox services.

Access the Samsung Business Academy

When you enroll in the Knox Partner Program as a Knox Managed Service Provider, Samsung Device Reseller, or Knox License Reseller, you’ll automatically be granted access to the Samsung Business Academy.

If you join the Knox Partner Program as another partner type, you’ll need to manually request access to the SBA:

1. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Support > Submit Support Ticket.

2. On the support site, click Create a Case.

3. Choose the General Partnership category.

   

4. Enter all other relevant information, and click Next.

   For the Issued Location field, start typing a location name, and location suggestions will be shown.

5. Write a message requesting access to the Samsung Business Academy, and click Finish.

A Knox Partner Program admin will review and approve your request.

The next time you sign in to the Knox Partner Portal, you’ll be able to access the SBA. On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Training & events > Training & Certification. Then click Launch to access the SBA.

Galaxy Business Certification

Knox Expert Community

The Knox Expert Community allows you connect with other Samsung partners and professionals in order to learn more about Knox products and services, discover tips and tricks, and ask questions.

Prerequisites

Before you can get access to the Knox Expert Community, you must first complete the Knox Expert certification in the Samsung Business Academy. After completion, you’ll receive an email inviting you to join the community. Follow the instructions in the email to register for the community using your email and password, or alternatively, register using your existing Google or LinkedIn account.

Access the community

After registration, you can log into the community. To do this:

1. Sign into your Knox Partner Program account
2. Under Training & events, Click Training & Certification.
3. Scroll down to the Samsung Knox Expert Community section and click VISIT COMMUNITY.
4. Sign into your account using your email and password, or with your Google or LinkedIn account.

Knox certification status

To help you track your training progress, you can view the status of every Samsung Business Academy course you’re currently enrolled in. In the table, you’ll see the name of the course/certification, whether the course is In progress or Completed, and date of completion of applicable.
