Request training

As a registered Knox Partner, you can engage with a regional Samsung technical account manager to get one-on-one training for the following:
- Get trained on select Samsung solutions
- Get support for customer meetings or events
- Discuss Samsung products or solutions and provide feedback
At this time, this feature is only available to Recommended and Premium MSP partners. If this feature appears in your navigation pane, you’re eligible to submit a request, but note that your request will be reviewed by a member of the Knox partnership team before approval.
Submit a training request
On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Training & events > Request training. Select your region, provide information about your request, and click Submit.
Your inquiry will be responded to within 5 business days.
