Manage leads

In the Samsung Knox Reseller/MSP directory, reseller and MSP partners promote their companies to customers on our global website. Potential customers looking for reseller or MSP services can search our list of reseller partners or MSP partners.

If customers are interested in purchasing, they can choose your company from the directory, and request to be contacted by you. These requests are called leads.

Samsung helps you convert these leads to business. If you need help dealing with customer leads, Samsung’s sales experts are available to help.

Check the lead status

These partner types are eligible to receive leads:

• Knox Managed Service Provider (MSP) (Recommended and Premium tiers)
• Knox License Reseller

When a new lead is generated for your company, Samsung sends you a notification email. You can then go to the Knox Partner Portal and click Sales > Manage Leads to see details about the lead.

How to get support on leads from Samsung

If you need support with leads, you can raise a pre-sales ticket. The local Samsung pre-sales team will then contact you.
