Sign up for new Knox Partner Program accounts using Samsung account for Business
Previously, personal Samsung accounts were used to sign up for the Knox Partner Program. Now, when you sign up for a new Knox Partner Program account on partner.samsungknox.com, the workflow guides you to use Samsung account for Business, an identity and access management (IAM) platform designed for enterprises. To learn more about this process, see Sign up for a partner account.
If you already have a Knox Partner Program account linked to a personal Samsung account, there is no change to your sign-in flow. Any admins you invite are guided to the existing activation workflow.
New admin information fields in My account
When you sign in with Samsung account for Business, you can now see various new admin information fields on the ACCOUNT INFORMATION tab of the My account page, such as your Middle Name, Work email, and Account ID. You can click the Edit information button to access the Samsung account for Business console if you need to edit personal information. To learn more, see Manage your account.
Manage Knox Partner Portal admins and invitations on the Admins page
Previously, all admins were managed on the User Management page, except for those with the KDP or MSP partner types. With this release, the new Admins page displays when you sign in with Samsung account for Business with all partner types except KDP or MSP, allowing you to manage Knox Partner Portal admins and invitations through the ACTIONS menu, such as:
- Inviting an admin
- Resending their invitation
- Revoking their invitation
- Deactivating an admin
- Reactivating an admin
In addition, you can view new admin details on the Admins page, such as an admin’s Account ID and Samsung account for Business status. To learn more, see Manage admins.

If you sign in with an already existing a Knox Partner Program account linked to a personal Samsung account, you’ll continue to use the User Management page.
