Manage your account

This document is new for the Knox Partner Program 25.11 UAT.
The Knox Partner Portal provides flexible configuration options related to account settings. You can edit personal information, set up an identity provider for your company, and manage your email preferences and privacy settings.
To manage your account information, identity provider settings, and privacy settings:

In the top-right corner, click your account icon > My account.

On the My account page, the following tabs display:
- ACOUNT INFORMATION
- COMPANY INFORMATION — Only displays for Samsung account for Business sign in.
- IDENTITY PROVIDER SETTINGS — Only displays for Samsung Knox account sign in.
- PRIVACY SETTINGS
Account information
Edit your personal information and company details, set up two-step verification, as well as change your password and email settings.

The ACCOUNT INFORMATION tab displays the following sections:

| Personal information |
You can edit your First name, Middle name, and Last name, as well as view your Work email, and Account ID.
These fields only display when you sign in with Samsung account for Business. If you sign in with a Samsung Knox account, First name, Last name, work email, Partner ID, Work phone, and Alternative contact email displays instead. |
| Edit personal information |
Click Edit information to open the Samsung account for Business portal and edit your personal information.
This button only displays if you sign in with Samsung account for Business. |
| Keep your account secure | Click SET UP TWO-STEP VERIFICATION to enable two-step verification. For more step-by-step instructions, see Enable two-step verification.
This button only displays if you sign in with a Samsung Knox account. |
| Change password | Click Change password to change the password of your Samsung Knox account or your Samsung account for Business, depending on the type of account you used to sign in. |
| Marketing email communications | Click the toggle to choose whether or not to receive marketing email communications. |
Company information
Edit your company’s information and details, such as your company name, address, and phone number.

This tab only displays when you sign in with Samsung account for Business. To edit your company’s information if you signed in with a Samsung Knox account, see Edit your partner profile.
The COMPANY INFORMATION tab displays the following sections:

| Partner profile | You can edit your Company name, and view information like your Partner ID, Partner tier, and Partner type. |
| Company information | You can view your company’s Country or region, and edit address details. |
This tab only displays when you sign in with Samsung account for Business. Company information is synced across all Knox Partner services.
Identity provider settings
Provides information you need to set up an identity provider for your Knox account. See Configure identity provider settings for more details.
This tab only displays when you sign in with a Samsung Knox account. It doesn’t display when you sign in with a Samsung account for Business.
Privacy settings
Request a record of or delete your personal data that Samsung has collected related to the Knox Partner Program. You can also delete your Knox Partner Program account and any data associated with it.

Depending on your action, you can click DOWNLOAD or DELETE. A dialog prompting you to confirm your intent before the action is completed displays.
