Manage your account

The Knox Partner Portal provides flexible configuration options related to account settings. You can edit personal information, set up an identity provider for your company, and manage your email preferences and privacy settings.

To manage your account information, identity provider settings, and privacy settings:

  1. In the top-right corner, click your account icon > My account.

  2. On the My account page, the following tabs display:

    • ACOUNT INFORMATION
    • COMPANY INFORMATION — Displays only when you sign in with Samsung account for Business.
    • IDENTITY PROVIDER SETTINGS — Displays only when you sign in with a personal Samsung account.
    • PRIVACY SETTINGS

Account information

Edit your personal information and company details, set up two-step verification, as well as change your password and email settings.

The ACCOUNT INFORMATION tab displays the following sections:

Section Description
Personal information You can edit your First name, Middle name, and Last name, as well as view your Work email, and Account ID.

These fields display only when you sign in with Samsung account for Business. If you sign in with a personal Samsung account, First name, Last name, work email, Partner ID, Work phone, and Alternative contact email displays instead.

Edit personal information Click Edit information to open the Samsung account for Business console and edit your personal information.

This button displays only if you sign in with Samsung account for Business.

Keep your account secure Click SET UP TWO-STEP VERIFICATION to enable two-step verification. For more step-by-step instructions, see Enable two-step verification.

This button displays only if you sign in with a personal Samsung account.

Change password Click Change password to change the password of your personal Samsung account or your Samsung account for Business, depending on the type of account you used to sign in.
Marketing email communications Click the toggle to choose whether or not to receive marketing email communications.

Company information

This tab displays only when you sign in with Samsung account for Business. Company information is synced across all Knox Partner services. To edit your company’s information if you signed in with a personal Samsung account, see Edit your partner profile.

Edit your company’s information and details, such as your company name, address, and phone number.

The COMPANY INFORMATION tab displays the following sections:

Section Description
Partner profile You can edit your Company name, and view information like your Partner ID, Partner tier, and Partner type.
Company information You can view your company’s Country or region, and edit address details.

Identity provider settings

Provides information you need to set up an identity provider for your Knox account. See Configure identity provider settings for more details.

This tab displays only when you sign in with a personal Samsung account. It doesn’t display when you sign in with a Samsung account for Business.

Privacy settings

Request a record of or delete your personal data that Samsung has collected related to the Knox Partner Program. You can also delete your Knox Partner Program account and any data associated with it.

Depending on your action, you can click DOWNLOAD or DELETE. A dialog prompting you to confirm your intent before the action is completed displays.

Edit your partner profile

The Partner Profile page displays only when you sign in with a personal Samsung account.

When you enroll in the Knox Partner Program, a profile is automatically created for you, but you can edit the profile information to include your organization’s region, contact information, industry, and other details. Your profile is referred to when you request support, or if Samsung needs to contact you.

On the Knox Partner Portal, go to Account > Partner Profile, edit your profile information, and click Save Changes.
