View the activity log

The Activity log displays information about all actions taken by you and your admins. You can use the activity log to view when an admin signed in to the console, when a device was uploaded, and much more.

Activity log

You can view and filter the following information:

  • CUSTOMER — The affected customer.

  • CUSTOMER ID — The affected customer’s Knox Customer ID.

  • DATE — The date and time the event occurred.

  • EVENT — The type of activity.

  • PERFORMED BY — Name of the reseller or customer that performed the event.

  • STATUS — The state of the listed event. Possible states include:

    • OK
    • Error
    • In progress
    • Completed
    • Completed with error

Activity log details

You can also Search for a specific activity, or use the drop-down menu in the upper-left hand corner to filter by time period. You can view events for the last 7 days, 30 days, or show all events.

Optionally, you can DOWNLOAD ACTIVITY LOG AS CSV from the top, right-hand side of the page.
