This topic guides you to set up a Knox account, if you don’t already have one, and generate the one-year Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan license to activate your three-year standard warranty and start managing your work devices with Knox cloud services.
Prerequisites
To start managing the Samsung Galaxy S26 devices included in AT&T Galaxy S26 Enterprise Edition, you’ll need the following:

A Knox account to access the Knox Admin Portal

IMEI numbers of the included Samsung Galaxy S26 devices

A license for the included one-year Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan — you’ll need to generate it in the Knox Admin Portal
How to generate one-year Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan license
To begin using the Galaxy S26 devices included in AT&T Galaxy S26 Enterprise Edition, you must first generate a license for the included Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan.

Get your Knox customer ID.
When you create a Knox account, a unique customer ID is generated and associated with your account — it is used for operations related to the account, such as license registration and device uploads by a reseller. You’ll need to provide your Knox customer ID when submitting a request to activate your devices.

Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal.
If you do not have a Knox account, see the following section to create one.

Click your account icon to view your Knox customer ID.

Copy and save your Knox customer ID.

Submit information to Samsung.

Add your devices’ IMEI information to the template in the required format.

Send an email to
bulk.support.us@sea.samsung.comwith the following:- Email subject: Registration of AT&T Galaxy S26 EE IMEIs under
<your Knox customer ID> - Include the following in your email:
- Your Knox customer ID
- The CSV template file populated with device IMEIs
- Email subject: Registration of AT&T Galaxy S26 EE IMEIs under
The Samsung Knox team will add and activate your devices with a trial license. To use the devices, you must first generate the included one-year Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan license.

Generate the one-year Knox Suite - Enterprise Plan license.
- Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal.
- Click Licenses on the navigation pane, and then click Manage license key on the ENTERPRISE EDITION DEVICES card.
- Select Samsung and click ACTIONS > Generate license.
- On the Generate license dialog box, select Samsung as the license reseller, specify the Activation date, and click GENERATE.
How to sign up for a new Samsung Knox account
This section is applicable only if you need to create a Samsung Knox account.
If you’re new to Samsung Knox, you’ll need to sign up before you can activate and manage your devices. When you sign up, the following accounts are created for your company:
- Samsung account for Business
- Samsung Knox account
Before you begin creating an account, ensure you have the following information ready:
- Your company’s D-U-N-S, VAT, or Business Registration number
- If providing a D-U-N-S number, the address of your company headquarters
To create an account:
- Go to https://www.samsungknox.com/.
- Click GET STARTED > I have Galaxy Enterprise Edition devices.
- Click Next. The Sign up for Samsung account for Business page opens.
- Click Sign up and follow the steps 2, 3, and 4 detailed in the Create a Samsung Knox account topic.
Your account application is submitted to Samsung for approval. When your company registration is complete, you’ll receive an email notification. You can then access Knox cloud services by signing in to the Knox Admin Portal, and also activate your devices.
