Knox Remote Support 25.01 release notes

Support for multiple languages

Previously, the Knox Remote Support console and agent supported two languages - English and Korean.

Starting with Knox Remote Support 25.01, the Knox Remote Support agent and console now support additional languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. If you select a language, but it’s not supported on the device itself, then the Knox Remote Support agent defaults to English.

Updates

Previously, the devices registered through managed configuration were not included in the device list in Knox Admin Portal. With Knox Remote Support 25.01, you can now search the device list for devices registered in Knox Remote Support through managed configuration.
