Knox Remote Support menu for Knox Manage
Previously, after launching Knox Remote Support in Knox Manage, only the remote support screen was available. Furthermore, you could click in the top-right corner of the screen to see the Knox Remote Support history in a dialog.
Starting with the 23.09 release, the screen now has a navigation pane. The History dialog is now a dedicated History page, accessible from the navigation pane. You can also access the new activity log from this navigation pane.
Activity Log
You can now see a list of events on the new Activity Log page, such as admin sign ins, remote support sessions, and license operations. If you’re accessing Knox Remote Support through the Knox Admin Portal, you can also see device- and secret key-related events.
