Policy updates and deprecations
With this release, the following policies are changed.

Changes to Strong Swan VPN support in work profiles and Android 12
Due to developments in the new Android Keystore system that came with Android 12, Strong Swan VPN is no longer available for work profiles of devices running Android 12 (Knox 3.8) and higher. The compatible range of devices is therefore from Android 10 (Knox 3.6) to Android 11 (Knox 3.7.1).
