Overview

There may be instances where you’re required to enable Smart Switch for your device fleet using Knox Service Plugin.

How to enable Smart Switch with Knox Service Plugin

To enable Smart Switch with Knox Service Plugin:

1. On your EMM console, go to your Knox Service Plugin configuration.

2. Modify the following policies under Device-wide policies:

   Policy	Value
   Enable device policy controls	True
   Device Restrictions > Enable device restriction controls	True
   Device Restrictions > Allow Smart Switch	True

3. Save the profile and apply the changes to your devices.
