Overview

When using Remote Desktop with a device running Android 15 OS, the screen displayed might not reflect the current screen on your device. For example, when you close a pop-up message on your device, it may still be displayed on the remote screen.

Cause

This is a limitation with Remote Desktop on devices running Android 15.

Resolution

This issue is resolved with Android 16. We recommend you update your device firmware.

Workaround

As a temporary workaround, you can update the content of your displayed screen by interacting with your device. For example, scrolling, swiping, or tapping your device’s screen.
