Modes and Routines missing

Overview

You may notice that the Modes and Routines feature is missing on your device.

Cause

From Android 13 onwards, Modes and Routines is disabled for Android Enterprise.

Resolution

To enable Modes and Routines, you must enable the following package in your EMM settings:

• com.samsung.android.app.routines

Please consult your EMM’s documentation to learn how to add and enable this package.
