Common errors when creating a Samsung account

When creating a new Samsung account, you might encounter an error after entering your email address.

Error message	Resolution
Email address contains banned word	The following terms mustn't be included in your address: Samsung Tizen Supervisor
Email address not valid	The length of the email address, including the domain, must be between 5 to 50 characters.
Using special characters, other than . - _ +, is not allowed in your email address.	Your email address can only include the following special characters: period (.), dash (-), underscore (_), plus (+).
Account already exists	This email address is already associated with a Samsung account. If the existing account belongs to you, reset your Samsung account password.
