Secure Folder isn’t available on a device

Overview

You may have noticed that Secure Folder is not accessible on company-owned devices.

Cause

Secure Folder is a Samsung Galaxy feature that lets users store encrypted content and data in a private location on the device. This feature can be accessed through the device’s Settings screen.

The Secure Folder feature isn’t compatible with Android Enterprise deployments.
