Minimum requirements

To use Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct, you need:

• A valid Samsung Knox account to access and use the Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct PC app. For more information, see Create a Samsung Knox account.

• A PC running Windows 10 or higher.

  Running the Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct app on devices running opeating systems lower than Windows 10 might pose compatibility issues.

• A supported browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.

• Samsung devices running a supported Knox version.

The devices might also need the Knox Service Plugin app prior to being set up by Knox Mobile Enrollment Direct. Before enrollment, you must upload the APK file of the app to your internal server. When the device user scans the QR code, it then automatically downloads and installs the app before setting up.
