Incorrect enrollment screen configuration on the Review page

Overview

After configuring the enrollment screens in a Knox Mobile Enrollment profile, you might encounter an issue where your configuration isn’t reflected correctly on the Review page.

This issue occurs if one of the following options is selected under Enrollment screens:

  • Show all Android Enterprise setup screens, including screens that can be skipped on Android 12 and above
  • Show setup wizard after EMM enrollment. Not applicable for Android 15 and higher.

If one option is selected on the Configure page, the other option displays on the Review page.

Cause

The Knox Mobile Enrollment team has identified an issue on the Review page that doesn’t impact profile configuration. The current configuration set on the Configure page remains accurate for your profile.

The Knox Mobile Enrollment team is currently working towards a fix.
