Devices being enrolled in Airwatch via KME in the EU region.

Issue

This is a known issue as the Airwatch apks are hosted by Airwatch in the US region. This can often result in, depending on network connections, the Airwatch apk downloads getting timed out and failing.

Resolution

Please contact Airwatch as they are the ones hosting the apks and we do not have any control over where they are hosted. If you would like to contact us, please login at SamsungKnox.com and submit a ticket.
