Assign a profile

When you assign a profile to a device, the device will enroll with the EMM and device enrollment settings specified in your profile.

If you’re using a QR code to enroll your devices, skip to complete device enrollment.

To assign a profile to a device:

1. Click Devices on the navigation pane of the Knox Mobile Enrollment console.

   If you’re assigning profiles to large device fleets, see Manage devices in bulk.

2. Select one or more devices by their IMEI/MEID number.

3. Click ACTIONS > Configure devices to open the device details panel.

4. In the device details panel, click the Profile drop-down menu to select an existing profile you want to assign the devices to, then click SAVE.

Now that a profile is assigned to your devices, the device user must complete enrollment to enable the EMM solution to take over management of the device.
