View device details

You can view the details and issues of devices that are managed by your tenant — such as the device model, installed apps, and assigned profiles, among others.

View device details

To view details of a device:

  1. Go to Devices.

  2. Click the name of the device you want to view.

  3. The device details open — including its enrollment status, time last seen, as well as the following categories:

    • SUMMARY
    • DEVICE INFORMATION
    • SECURITY
    • NETWORK
    • APPS
    • PROFILE

    SUMMARY displays by default, but you can click the other categories for more device details.

View device issues

To view the issues of a device:

  1. Go to Devices.

  2. View the issues listed under the ISSUES column. You can also click ISSUES to filter devices that have a specific issue.

    If the ISSUES column isn’t displayed on your screen, you may need to enable it. Click the

    icon, select Issues, then click SAVE CHANGES.
