Run an action on a device

Through Knox Manage, you can run various actions on target devices — including pushing new profiles, locking or unlocking the screen or device, pushing new notifications, activating or deactivating an eSIM cellular plan, and viewing device logs, among many others.

To run an action on a device enrolled in Knox Manage:

1. Go to Devices.

2. Select one or more devices to run an action on.

3. Click ACTIONS. Select an applicable action to run on the devices.

   

Run Bulk actions on devices

1. Go to Devices.

2. Click the BULK ACTIONS tab.

3. To manage device tags, click Manage Device Tags. The Manage device tags dialog opens.

   1. Click Browse to upload the XLSX file containing tags.

   2. Select Overwrite existing tags to replace existing tags.

   3. Click Submit.

4. To manage device nicknames, click Manage Device Nicknames. The Manage device nicknames page displays.

   1. Click Browse to upload the XLSX file containing device nicknames. The existing device nicknames will be overwritten.

   2. Click Submit.
