You can continue to edit and update users after you’ve created a user. To create a new user, see Create a user.
Edit a user
You can edit a user to modify their status, name, email, user group, and more.
To edit a user:
- On the Users page, select the checkbox of the user you want to edit.
- Click ACTIONS > Edit user. The Edit user page opens.
- Edit the details as required.
- Click SAVE.
Manage sync settings for a directory type user
You can view and manage the sync status and settings of a directory type user.
To do this:
- On the Users page, click the name of the directory type user you want to view or manage. The sliding details panel displays.
- You can view the sync status to the right of the Sync heading. To manage the directory type user’s sync status, click the
icon.
- Click one of the following:
- Sync users
- Enable sync
- Disable sync
