Enable the new console

You can turn on the new Knox Manage console at any time. After switching to the new console, the features exclusive to the original console will become unavailable while you’re using it. If you need to use a feature from the original console, simply switch back to it with the same setting.

To enable the new console:

1. On the Knox Admin Portal, click your account icon, then click Settings to access features for all services.

2. Under Knox Manage, click General settings.

   

3. Under Preferred console, select New Knox Manage console.

   

   You can switch between the new console and the original console anytime.

4. Click SAVE and confirm your choice.

It typically takes a few seconds for the switch to complete.
