Delete a device

This document is new for the Knox cloud services 25.11 UAT.
You may want to delete a device from the device list if you no longer want the device to be associated with your Samsung Knox account, or display on the device list. To delete a device, you must first unenroll the device.
To unenroll a device:

Go to the Devices page.

Select one or more devices that you want to unenroll. The devices must all be the same STATUS, and not already be unenrolled.

Click ACTIONS > Unenroll device. The Unenroll device dialog opens. You can also click the name of a device to open the sliding details panel. Click the icon > Unenroll device.

You can choose to force unenroll the device, as well as remove any existing eSIMs on the device.

Click UNENROLL to confirm your intent to unenroll the device from Knox Manage and factory reset the device.
To delete a device:

Go to the Devices page.

Select one or more devices that you want to delete. The STATUS of each device must be Unenrolled.

Click ACTIONS > Delete device. The Delete device dialog opens.

Click DELETE to confirm your intent to delete the device from the device list.
You can view your previously deleted devices. Click ACTIONS > View device deletion log to open the Device deletion log page and see information of deleted devices, such as the device’s name, IMEI, serial number, and more.
