Configure ADCS for Microsoft Exchange

To provide a secure channel among certificate authority (CA) servers, you must install Cloud Connector before configuring a profile with AD CS for Exchange. For more information about Cloud Connector, see Samsung Cloud Connector.

To configure Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS) for Microsoft Exchange:

  1. Add a certificate authority for authenticating the users. For more information, see Add a certificate authority.

    On completing the connection test, the target CA that issues and manages the relevant certificates is displayed.

  2. Add a certificate template, and set the following:

    • Subject Name to CN=(Email).
    • Certificate Usage to Exchange.
