How to disable the Suggested Apps feature on a device using Knox Service Plugin policies
In Knox Manage 20.04, the Apps Suggestions policy was introduced as part of the Knox Service Plugin Premium integration. To disable the Suggested Apps feature:
-
On the Knox Manage console, go to Profile.

Create a new profile or modify an existing profile.
-
Set the following policies:
Policy Value Device-wide policies > Enable device policy controls True Device-wide policies > Device customization controls > Enable device customization True Device and Setting customization profile > Disable app suggestions True -
Click Save & Assign to save your changes and assign the profile to your device group.
