Overview
This article guides you on how to enable the Technical Support feature in Knox Manage. Technical Support lets Samsung’s support team temporarily access your console to help troubleshoot issues. This feature is disabled by default and requires your approval to grant the support team time-limited access to your account.
How do I enable Technical Support in Knox Manage?
- Sign in to the Knox Admin Portal as the super admin.
- Click the account icon in the upper right corner > Settings.
- On the Settings page, in the KNOX MANAGE section, click GENERAL SETTINGS.
- Navigate to the Preferences tab.
- In the TECHNICAL SUPPORT ACCESS section, check the box to grant the Samsung technical support team access to your account.
- Set your access period by selecting the start and end dates during which the Samsung support team can access your console.
- Click SAVE.
Once you’ve enabled Technical Support, provide the Samsung technical support team with your tenant ID. You can find your Knox Manage tenant ID by clicking the account icon in the upper right corner.
