Overview
When attempting to sign in to the Knox Manage console with a direct link, you may encounter the following error:
Unable to sign in to Knox Manage account.
Sign in to Knox Admin Portal using your Samsung account or SSO credentials.
Cause
Starting with Knox Manage 25.11, the direct link sign in method is deprecated.
The direct link sign-in method deprecation has been reverted. Now, you can continue to sign in to Knox Manage using the direct link. If you are still experiencing issues related to signing in, submit a support ticket.
Resolution
To access the Knox Manage console, sign in using the Knox Admin Portal.
If you encounter additional issues after signing in using the Knox Admin Portal, submit a support ticket.
