Known issues with Samsung Interactive Display devices

Overview

When using Knox Manage with Samsung Interactive Display devices, you may encounter the following issues:

  • Kiosks configured for Multi Apps Mode aren’t functioning as expected.
  • Some policies may not work. For example, Change Brightness Setting and App Download Blocklist.
  • Can’t collect some device details. For example, manufacturer or network information.

Cause

Some of these issues are due to hardware constraints and there is no available workaround for them.
