Unable to upload a custom animation file

Overview

With Knox Manage, you can upload custom boot and shutdown animations for your fleet of devices.

In some cases, when uploading the custom animation QMG file, you might encounter an issue where the File field remains empty and displays a red box.

Cause

Knox Manage supports QMG files with a maximum size of 47 MB. If you attempt to upload a QMG file larger than 47 MB, the upload fails, causing the issue.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, ensure that your QMG file size is less than 47 MB.
