How to collect browser logs
- Using Chrome or Firefox browser, sign in to SamsungKnox.com .
- Go to the page where the issue exists.
- With F12 or Ctrl + Shift + i on your keyboard, open developer tools. Then, click Network and enable Preserve log .
- Refresh the page and replicate the issue. Then, right-click any file in the network log and click Save as HAR . You can now share this HAR log file with our support team.
