The value can be set up to 60 minutes.

The admin can set the Maximum Session Timeout (min) from 10 to 60 minutes and then KM Admin Portal users personally set their session timeout to be less than to equal to the value.

The Maximum Session Timeout (min) is modifiable from KM Admin Portal > Setting > Configuration > Preferences , while personal session timeout value is configurable at Username (at the top right area of the KM Admin Portal) > Session to a value less than or equal to the Maximum Session Timeout (min).

However, regardless of the KM Portal Setting, the session can still time out when logged into the KM console through the Samsungknox.com dashboard using your Samsung Account SSO. If the Samsung Account SSO times-out, the KM console will be logged out as well.
